Welcome to the most unique event space in DC! The founders, Drew and Chelsea, personally handpicked all of the elements in the space to create a warm and intimate feel that your guests will love. See what makes us different:

 

Unique Elements

Reclaimed Wood Wall – Drew and Chelsea drove to Ephrata, PA and purchased two barns that are over 100 years old. The reclaimed wood wall gives the space warmth and character.

Photo Booth – Chelsea wanted to add a fun way for your guests to create memories. The photo booth is included in every rental and you will receive a link after your event where you can download every image that was taken.

Parking Garage – One of the great things about coming to Studio52 is the parking. We are less than half a block away from a 6-level parking garage. The best part? The first two hours are free and max parking is just $8.

The Finer Details

Event Cut Off Time: 1:00am with last call at 12:30am

2019 – 2020 Pricing* (based on a 4 hour event):

Monday & Tuesday: $2800

Wednesday – Friday: Buy Out – Please inquire for rates

Saturdays: $4500

Sundays: $3500

Weddings: $4000 – $6000

Additional hours are $500/hour

All rates include 1 hour of set up and 1 hour for break down.

Weddings have 3 hours prior to the start of their event for set up and 1 hour for breakdown.

Additional load in and break down time is $50/hr.

Parking: Garage and street

Liquor: We can do a cash bar or an open bar.

Furniture: Casual lounge furniture is provided in the rental rate

Catering and Decor: Contact us for a preferred vendors list

Deposit & Booking Terms: Deposit is 50% of the rental rate, due upon signing the contract. The remaining balance + the cleaning fee + liquor costs due 2 weeks before your event. We cannot reserve a date without a deposit.  For rates, provide your details below.
